Topped It Golf has teamed up with First Tee St. Petersburg to raffle off a brand new 2023 MMC 4 seater electric golf cart with a 60V lithium battery, fully loaded with an adjustable steering column, sound bar, luxury seats with foldable armrests, rear storage trunk, EM brake, LED lighting, foldable windshield & slidable sub-windows, 14x7" aluminum wheels, & a 9" multi-functional touchscreen equipped with speed display, driving gear indication, lights, odometer, radio, music, Bluetooth connection, & back-up camera.
All donations and proceeds go to the First Tee of St. Petersburg, to continue their mission to positively impact the youth of our communities by providing a learning environment and educational programs that promote character development and life-enhancing values through the game of golf, while ensuring fair access for all children.

These are the Official Rules for the Topped It Golf & First Tee St. Petersburg "2024 Golf Cart Raffle Giveaway" offer:
TFTSP Youth Golf Council St. Petersburg Inc is a registered 501(c)3 charitable non-profit organization serving the youth of St. Petersburg. We enable kids to build the strength of character that empowers them through a lifetime of new challenges. By seamlessly integrating the game of golf with life skills curriculum, we create learning experiences that build inner strength, self-confidence, and resilience that kids carry to everything they do.
By entering this drawing, all participants and winner(s) consent to the use of their names and likeness in publicity related to the drawing and its outcome without compensation and waives any and all claims against the First Tee St. Petersburg and Topped It Golf. US residents 18 years of age or older at the time of entry are eligible to enter. Donations for tickets will begin on March 25, 2024 and will cease 30 minutes prior to the Grand Drawing - Date and Time TBD.
General Conditions: By entering, entrants accept and agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of the First Tee St. Petersburg. Suggested minimum donation of $25.00 dollars per entry. There is no minimum or maximum amount of tickets to be sold. Donations may be tax deductible and deductions may benefit donors differently. Tickets for this drawing will be issued on first come, first served basis. Checks and Money Orders should be made payable to First Tee St. Petersburg and sent to: First Tee St. Petersburg, 3790 22nd Ave S, St. Petersburg, 33711. All monies must clear for ticket to be valid. The winning ticket will be randomly selected at the Grand Opening of Golfology, 2400 5th Ave S, St. Petersburg, FL 33712. Winner need not be present to win. Date is TBD pending completion of construction and inspections.
Drawing is open to all ticket holders. TFTSP Youth Golf Council St. Petersburg Inc reserves the right to award prize to those whom it determines the winner(s). All decisions are final. Winner(s) will be responsible for all taxes (Federal, State and Local) (Form 1099 will be provided) as well as licensing, registration, and delivery of prize. Winner(s) will be notified by telephone, e-mail, and or US Mail at the information indicated at time of ticket purchase within 10 (ten) days of drawing. Winner must present purchase receipt and/or winning ticket and valid identification to claim prize. Prize must be claimed within 15 (fifteen) days. If the potential winner fails to respond within 15 (fifteen) days, or if notification attempts are unsuccessful, the potential winner will be disqualified & another winning ticket will be randomly selected.

Any upgrades from base model are at winner’s cost and sole discretion.

Entrants acknowledge that, except as specifically set forth herein, TFTSP Youth Golf Council St. Petersburg Inc. has not made and disclaims all liability for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, related to the raffle or the prize.
TFTSP Youth Golf Council St. Petersburg Inc. shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this raffle fundraising campaign or from any acceptance or use of any prize awarded. Nor shall they be responsible for typographical, printing, or other inadvertent errors in these official rules or other materials relating to this raffle fundraising campaign.
